How many conceptual decisions can be incorporated into a typeface design without compromising its visual integrity? Reversa puts this to the test.
Starting with a monolinear sans serif with a technical influence, various attributes – some more prominent than others – were applied to different areas of the design. Uppercase letters are constructed with angular and rounded shapes reversed, while lowercase letters only tend toward more classical proportions and the display styles introduce an inverted contrast. The result is a wild typographic mixture that can be used for everything from eye-catching headlines to punchy body copy.
Despite its experimental nature, the Reversa family offers the features needed for practical everyday design work: Various styles in different weights and optical sizes, a broad language support for Latin languages, and comprehensive OpenType features, including an “easy readability” stylistic set.

Reversa comes with 885 glyphs – covering the Latin AF (including Latin Extended-A Unicode Range), a stylistic set for better readability, various figure styles and a range of symbols.
Thanks to the coverage of the Latin-Extended-A Unicode range, the Reversa family supports almost all modern Latin languages. Actually, completing our own Latin AF Characterset containing some additional accented glyphs, you can set text in 302 languages, including Vietnamese. If you still think your language isn’t supported, you can look up the full list below or in the specimen.
